Presenting a six-course menu, each dish within the Mother’s Day Dinner highlights meticulous culinary craftsmanship with Clam and shiitake mushroom egg custard, Prawn and corn kakiage tempura, and Shimmered black cod in dashi and sake stock. A Japanese-inspired dessert of Hokkaido milk panna cotta and sweet red bean completes the menu, delighting the table with a spoonful of rich, creamy flavour.
