Celebrate Dad Japanese-style for the evening at Shiro. Available from 14 to 15 June, the Father’s Day Dinner offers a true culinary experience with a chef-curated menu, including an  incredible sashimi platter with sea urchin, fatty tuna, scallop and botan ebi, followed by flavour-packed mains of Simmered black cod in dashi and sake stock, and the grand finale of Hokkaido milk panna cotta with sweet red bean.
